• AI Feature Interaction Data: For features that use Artificial Intelligence (e.g., AI Assistant, Schedule Optimizer), we send the content you provide (like text prompts or images) to our third-party AI service provider, Google (via Genkit), to generate a response. We do not store the prompts or the AI-generated responses long-term on our servers after the interaction is complete.
